Prohibited Materials & FAQ
Typical additional charges on dumpster services could be any of the following:
$6/inch | TVs and Monitors can be disposed of at a fee of $6/inch(CRT) $4/inch(flat screen) along the diagonal |
$40 up to 2 pieces then $100/piece

Mattress and Box Springs: We must be notified of these items in rolloff to get the $40 rate; each piece in the set is charged separately |
$50 | Tires: each tire is $50, on wheels is $75 each |
$75 | Freon: any appliances with freon can be disposed of at a $75 decommissioning fee |
$0 | Appliances: other appliances without freon can be disposed of at no additional fees |
Actual Cost of Replaced Rolloff | Pick-and-Replace: If a pick-and-replace is requested on a dumpster service, where a full dumpster is picked up and replaced with an empty dumpster. |
$50 | Additional Days: If additional service days are requested on the dumpster service, assuming availability |
Actual cost of repair or replacement | Damage to Dumpster: If the dumpster is damaged while on your job site. |
$100 minimum | Hazardous waste: If prohibited materials are found to be inside the dumpster. |
$100/ton | Overweight Charges: Any load over 3 tons is charge $100/ton except the 6 cubic yard level which includes only 2 tons. |
What materials are prohibited?
Hazardous waste, dirt, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint, flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil, lubricating/hydraulic oil, oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, appliances, petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animals, barrels, all liquids. (*Hazardous and Toxic waste is defined by the U. S EPA, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and state and local law. Hazardous and Toxic waste includes waste within the statutory and regulatory definitions and specifically includes radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, liquid waste, sludge, industrial waste, pollution control waste, residue from the cleanup of a spill or release of chemical substances, contaminated soil, chemical wastes, anything contaminated with poly-chlorinates biphenyl (PBC’s) or asbestos, pumping from septic tanks, outdated, contaminated, or banned chemicals or commercial products (including items removed from the marketplace by consent following allegations of safety by any governmental regulatory body), animal wastes and/or body parts, grease trap residues, closed cartridge filters from dry-cleaning establishments and other similar wastes.)
Yes! Please call us at 719-299-1-RED(733). We ask that all order changes occur at least one business day prior to scheduled delivery.
When do I pay for my roll-off?
When we place your container, we put a credit or debit card on file in our bank-level encryption payment service. We don’t charge your card until after we pickup the roll-off, as we don’t know how much volume you will use or if you qualify for the “4 Day or less” discount.
